Our friend Orla over at Jacolette found this fantastic photo in a skip on Oxmantown Road. She’s trying to figure out whether it was taken in Dublin and if so, where. Click on the photo below to view the full post.

What splined of an idiot would throw this away?
Show this to any very old bike shop owner. It is not a “mans” mans bike, white is a very unusual colour.
My husband thinks this is from Temple Bar, beside the Quays pub.
Oh that’s an interesting call! Looking at it now, I kinda think the same….
They reckon its Mary Street across on Jacolette!
Just want to say thanks for posting this,I hadnt heard of Jacolette’s blog till this and clicked into the link and saw people mentioning it might be Mary Street.I remembered my Grandfathers family had a pub in 32 Mary Street! So with a bit of searching between myself,Orla,My Mam and her Aunt we have figured out that it is our familys pub and the man in the middle is a relative. If you hadnt posted it,I never would have found this great photo! Thanks You 🙂
Oops spelling mistake!
