Idiots. Did they never hear of customers. The crowd who pay their salaries.
I grew up with “the customer is always right” and that was from behind the counter. It was a bit extreme. I’d settle for “mostly”. But is was an essential guideline for running a business.
The latest Dublin Poster listing new fare changes due in February still has the Nitelink on it.
