Seriously though, there is nothing more Irish than the Sunday carvery dinner. That’s actually The Foxhunter in Lucan, which does a lovely carvery.
There’s never anything for veggies. You end up with a plate of spuds and veg if you get dragged along.
Never touch an establishment which advertises either “Carvery” or “Tour buses welcome”.
